Head of Operations at Match.dev and Luna Pastel. Match.dev is a SaaS platform for fractional dev teams; in three years it went from 0 to 200+ companies and $0 to $3M GSV, profitable throughout. Luna Pastel is a recruiting agency I joined in October 2025 to set up operations.
Before that, six years at Turtle (2017–2023) as Operations Manager & Product Owner, owning the company’s payouts, analytics, and operational management. Earlier: Lead Account Manager at dvhb, Project Manager at Smartomato. Ten-plus years in startups, the last three treating operations like a product.
What I’m building right now
Luna Stack is a Claude Code skill suite that covers the recruiter workflow: intake, briefings, research, outreach, screenings, and client updates. The point: non-technical recruiters use Claude Code without ever touching the CLI. The parts of the job that used to require taste, time, and a senior eye: a clean brief, a sharp summary, a client update that reads well, become a baseline anyone on the team hits on the first try.
Lunaclaw is my deployment of OpenClaw, adapted to the recruiting agency. The team works with it as an agent in Telegram: drop in a task, get the work done, picking up the right tools as it goes. It’s where new skills get tested before they harden into Luna Stack.
Outside work, mostly vinyl and CDs, and a few recently watched films.
